Why we have a 4.6 score on reviews as we cannot see the reviews.

What is this information based on?

Let's try to explain a couple of things regarding the rating system on our website

Star Rating

Star rating consist of a 1-5 star rating given to Listings. It allows a quick way for visitors to give their ratings of listings.

  • Hovering over the stars on a listing allows the visitor to click a specific star.
  • When clicked, the rating is automatically submitted and captured.
  • The visitor may subsequently click another star to change their rating.

An example of a listing Star Rating is where the listing has been rated ten times by visitors, with a combined average rating score of 4.6, as shown on the listing page. This listing shows 4 and one-half stars - 4.6 Rating and no Reviews

Visitor's Review

A review is a detailed title and description which expresses the visitor's opinion of the listing.

  • Reviews may also include a Star Rating to go along with the detailed description.

Review Comment

Comments may be left on individual reviews. Visitors may also vote on the helpfulness of a review using a "Yes" or "No" vote.

Review Owner Response

A Listing owner may respond to reviews by adding a normal comment.

  • The comment will contain a label designating it as being the owner's response.
