Azuria Water Solutions is built on a legacy of pioneering technologies that have transformed how the world restores and protects water infrastructure. From inventing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) more than five decades ago to delivering advanced PVC solutions and corrosion protection, Azuria and our family of companies share one mission: solving water challenges for good.

Insituform, the company’s founding brand, was established in 1971 and presented an initial public offering 10 years later.

In 2011, after decades of strategic acquisitions, Aegion was formed as a holding company for Insituform and the other companies then under its ownership; Aegion was then listed on the NASDAQ under the symbol AEGN. In 2021, New Mountain Capital purchased all outstanding shares of Aegion, making it a private company once again. Aegion rebranded as Azuria Water Solutions in 2024.
