I met Matthew W. at my friend's house for an emergency issue. She was having a backup in her toilet while on vacation!
Matthew was such a gentleman. He remained calm and professional as he removed her toilet with care not to damage it, protecting all her hardwood floors from his equipment, cleaning up the mess in the shower. The house sitter and I offered to help, but he insisted on doing all the work.
He explained what he was doing and informed us about the next step in the process, and the technician would arrive to use the camera to diagnose the problem.
Matthew had nothing but positive comments about The Trenchless Company and its staff and technicians' competency to complete the project.
The Trenchless Company and Matthew W. most certainly saved the day!
